2. Cremation container
3. Obtaining the death certificate  
4. Filing the death certificate 
5. Permit for cremation 
6. Transportation to the crematory 
7. Cremation fee
8. Plastic urn 

What's not included with the $995 direct cremation package:

1. Certified copies of the death certificate 
2. Cremation container for individual with a weight in excess over 300 lbs.
3. Removal of a pacemaker
4. Transportation outside of a 35 mile radius from our location
5. Family request of any type of viewing service
