  1. Transportation to the funeral home from a Home, Nursing Facility, Hospital or Medical Examiner within a 35 mile radius 
  2. Cremation container
  3. Obtaining the death certificate  
  4. Filing the death certificate 
  5. Permit for cremation 
  6. Transportation to the crematory 
  7. Cremation fee
  8. Plastic urn 

Not included in this price:

  1. Certified copies of the death certificate 
  2. Weight in excess over 300 lbs
  3. Removal of pacemaker
  4. Transportation fee outside of a 35 mile radius from our location
  5. Family request of any type of viewing service
